Equipo's Ismael Furman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Equipo from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, VfL Bad Nenndorf's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Cristi came free, but Remo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Equipo's Ismael Furman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themis Papadimoulis in the 19th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Themis Papadimoulis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ismael Furman. That made the score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Remo Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute VfL Bad Nenndorf were awarded a corner. Zsolt Székely went to the cornerflag to take it. If Unai Papachronopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 37th minute of play forced VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Remo Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, VfL Bad Nenndorf's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Cristi came free, but Remo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Furman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Róbert Štriker in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronaldo Cristi was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Štriker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Themis Papadimoulis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Furman was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Ismael Furman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbert Štriker, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ismael Furman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themis Papadimoulis in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Equipo booed when VfL Bad Nenndorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armand Callahan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Harun Elçin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Equipo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for VfL Bad Nenndorf.
