Alfredo Duro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Cole, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shota Arveladze in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the game Clemente Moura made a throw-in which Lokon Pøhl played forward. The supporters of Floresta Negra FC booed when KAOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Hylander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Andy Cole reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Duro. The goal made the score 1-1. After having played for 36 minutes, Shota Arveladze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KAOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shota Arveladze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Andy Cole came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Floresta Negra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andy Cole couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Clemente Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shota Arveladze was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Shota Arveladze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KAOS made a substitution. In the 76thth minute of the game Orhun Ulutay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Floresta Negra FC booed when KAOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdi Saygın Bahadıroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 minutes of play, KAOS's Ikars Zurpēvics made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egun Pais was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd match minute, KAOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolphe Berthon to maneuver through the defense. Floresta Negra FC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after KAOS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lokon Pøhl took the corner. German Lop could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Egun Pais made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. KAOS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
