If Federico Girotti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. SRP-Laguna's Anderson Laguna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Girotti in the 6th minute of play. Anderson Laguna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Girotti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barbaros Seçkin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Karl Jemella made a huge save. 14 minutes in the game, Barbaros Seçkin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Karl Jemella having to interfere. Karl Jemella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xu Le Shu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute, Federico Girotti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Girotti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anderson Laguna having to make a save. The supporters of FC Unterrudling booed when SRP-Laguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xu Le Shu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, SRP-Laguna's Leandro Figueiredo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Karl Jemella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xu Le Shu's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute, Xu Le Shu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Jemella was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Anderson Laguna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Federico Girotti went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. SRP-Laguna's Isaltino Veloso was substituted for Rafael Furtado. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xu Le Shu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karl Jemella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xu Le Shu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Anderson Laguna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Girotti in the 56th minute. Federico Girotti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anderson Laguna having to make a save. When Xu Le Shu came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the SRP-Laguna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xu Le Shu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xu Le Shu in the 68th minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Karl Jemella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emirşah Öktemer hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Karl Jemella didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xu Le Shu went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. FC Unterrudling made a substitution. Xande Xande replaced Federico Girotti. Karl Jemella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frasier Crane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute of the match FC Unterrudling got a corner. SRP-Laguna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fang Sheng Yu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Barbaros Seçkin took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Jemella. Karl Jemella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. SRP-Laguna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
