Silvano Portillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Santxol in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute, Saturnino Romo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Silvano Portillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Oakley in the 8th minute of play. Billy Fristedt hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Victor Santxol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvano Portillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th minute Saturnino Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ got a corner. Surahammar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tobias Xacintu ran over to the corner to take the kick. 20 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Victor Santxol came free, but Silvano Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Surahammar defense, Saturnino Romo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Lindström. The Surahammar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Lindström should have stopped the shot. Silvano Portillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel Oakley in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel Oakley in the 26th minute of play forced ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Silvano Portillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Xiao Yan Jian in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Luis Frisco. 29 minutes into the match, Saturnino Romo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Lindström. Surahammar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saturnino Romo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 42 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Silvano Portillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Fristedt. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Santxol to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Surahammar booed when ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boni Wisanggeni didn't get a good kick on the ball. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Silvano Portillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Santxol in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Santxol in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvano Portillo saved ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ from getting behind. Mats Liljeström charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mats Liljeström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mats Liljeström hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Mats Liljeström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute Vincent Benett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Portillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Billy Fristedt. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Ezequiel Lavezzi replaced Mats Liljeström. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Jerzy Marchefka was substituted for Saturnino Romo. In the 69th minute, Billy Fristedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerzy Marchefka struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Jan Lindström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Marchefka in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Lindström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Radamel Oakley came free, but Silvano Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvano Portillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Oakley in the 82nd minute of play. If Ezequiel Lavezzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jerzy Marchefka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Lindström was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute André Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Portillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Marchefka in the 91st minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Jan Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Portillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Benett in the 93rd minute of the match. Silvano Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Benett, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xiao Yan Jian who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Xiao Yan Jian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silvano Portillo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
