Liverpool F.C. YNWA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saturnino Romo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 17th minute Saturnino Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Liverpool F.C. YNWA's goalkeeper Alisson Becker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnino Romo. With a little luck, Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Alisson Becker got control of the ball when Saturnino Romo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute Liverpool F.C. YNWA were awarded a corner. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Tilemachos Romanidis came free, but Silvano Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Panos Zounis was substituted for Thomas Sgouros. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saturnino Romo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silvano Portillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ata Bircan in the 54th minute of play. In the 60th minute Saturnino Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Saturnino Romo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Romo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. The audience was convinced that Jerzy Marchefka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alisson Becker was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Tytus Lichucki ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Tytus Lichucki almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Silvano Portillo did a great save.
