Luganeros AFC's Gabriel Porfiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Luganeros AFC from getting a goal against them. Luis Vázquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Lindström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Jan Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Vázquez in the 12th minute of play. Radamel Oakley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Porfiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Radamel Oakley slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Gabriel Porfiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radamel Oakley, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Markus Wallman made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Toninho Lara however managed to control. The supporters of Luganeros AFC booed when Surahammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Brovall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Radamel Oakley reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gabriel Porfiro. Luis Vázquez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Lindström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Oinaz in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Luganeros AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Lara came free, but Gabriel Porfiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Surahammar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luganeros AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
