The Templars FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Courtois should have stopped the shot. Márk Kovács might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolas Britto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Márk Kovács ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Fathoni Baso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 25th minute of the match, Rubens Esteves tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Courtois saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. André Courtois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fathoni Baso's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Fathoni Baso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Courtois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márk Kovács in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Britto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Márk Kovács made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Lawrence Buontempo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd match minute, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hartmut Propst to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Phoenix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 59 minutes into the match, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Fathoni Baso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Courtois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cody Miles took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Courtois. André Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Ranolfo Piedrahita charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ranolfo Piedrahita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Jonathan Sammut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. If Guilherme Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, Armando Petrosino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. André Courtois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Sammut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Sammut came free, but Nicolas Britto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Templars FC's André Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cody Miles in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Petrosino to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Sammut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Nicolas Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ had won after a very even match.
