In the 21st minute, Marcial Silviano made a precise shot to the right of Iker Madrid. Celestiales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Iker Madrid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Tancredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Abreu got free with Marcelino Flor in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute Shi Sha Quan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Eudoxio in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelino Flor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute, Jorge Joachim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 98th minute, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Jorge Joachim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
