If Omer Vandamme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mike Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omer Vandamme in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute, Sliema Dragons FC's Leszek Cupial dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Sliema Dragons FC's 周斐俊 got a free kick in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Leszek Cupial took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lajos Vadász to make any attempt to save it. Lajos Vadász didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leszek Cupial went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Giovanni Demicoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kim Bolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lajos Vadász made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Leszek Cupial sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Leszek Cupial reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lajos Vadász. The goal made the score 5-0. In the 41st minute, Leszek Cupial ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lajos Vadász was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Omer Vandamme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of North Hill United booed when Sliema Dragons FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. 周斐俊 didn't get a good kick on the ball. North Hill United's Lajos Vadász played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Cupial in the 60th minute of play. Mike Axisa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Omer Vandamme in the 63rd minute. Lajos Vadász didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kim Bolas went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Sliema Dragons FC's Dejan Cassar was substituted for Kim Bolas. Matteo Borda's late challenge caught a North Hill United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matteo Borda helped the player get up and apologised. Omer Vandamme might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mike Axisa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Omer Vandamme ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omer Vandamme got free with Mike Axisa in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute, Yao Zhou Jian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leszek Cupial scored 8-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lajos Vadász, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mike Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omer Vandamme in the 80th minute of play. Lajos Vadász took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dejan Cassar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Baran Erozan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Vadász saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, North Hill United's goal looked a bit too open when Dejan Cassar came free, but Lajos Vadász reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Dejan Cassar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Lajos Vadász was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Sliema Dragons FC were the better team. Sliema Dragons FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
