A sloppy throw-in by Marco Odermatt in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by White Raven FC.'s Gilbert Merten. 17 minutes into the match, Espen Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Cambranes came free, but Gregor Kobel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Mufazalov hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Alain Berset managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espen Steelers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alain Berset was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Cambranes in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregor Kobel saved Espen Steelers from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, White Raven FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Stan Wawrinka came free, but Fülöp Marton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boris Specht hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, White Raven FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alain Berset came free, but Fülöp Marton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute Hipolito Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, White Raven FC.'s Hipolito Cambranes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregor Kobel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alain Berset stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fülöp Marton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Berset, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. White Raven FC.'s He Wei Zhi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ingo Minder, made in the 74th minute of the game. In the 77th minute Paris Amsterdam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Espen Steelers's goalkeeper Gregor Kobel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witalis Treppa. Ingo Minder got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nino Schurter. Gregor Kobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paris Amsterdam in the 85th minute of the match. Witalis Treppa took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregor Kobel. Gregor Kobel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Higinio Baraquiel hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Nino Schurter struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Fülöp Marton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espen Steelers. White Raven FC.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
