In the 28th minute of the match San Felice a Ema U.L. got a corner. Xentrias's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paşa Corre ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Xentrias's goalie and right to Juan Guillem. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Xentrias's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 29 played minutes Xentrias got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Molander. With an all-out effort, Xentrias's Bruno Antognoni threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Doctor Mugg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s Bruno Antognoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save San Felice a Ema U.L. from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute Xentrias were awarded a corner. Lars-Erik Almstedt went to the cornerflag to take it. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Felice a Ema U.L. reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
