In the 16th minute, Morgan Möllgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jardel Head could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Eric Soned made a huge save. If Berke Korucu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jardel Head could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Eric Soned made a huge save. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Berke Korucu was slow to take the kick. During this time AC Milan's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's goalie and right to Jared Wolfman. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jared Wolfman in the 33rd minute of play forced Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's goalkeeper Eric Soned to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qi Le Xiao hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Gilles Eekhout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Njurenius in the 42nd minute of the match. Eric Soned came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by AC Milan's Jardel Head. But to his dismay, Jardel Head quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nickolai Nickerson to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jared Wolfman in the 51st minute of play forced Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's goalkeeper Eric Soned to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardel Head took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Soned. Eric Soned dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Gilles Eekhout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Njurenius in the 60th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Njurenius came free, but Gilles Eekhout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Njurenius succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 67th playminute. AC Milan's Valerios Papagiannakos was substituted for Berke Korucu. Gilles Eekhout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Njurenius in the 72nd minute of play. When Jardel Head came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the AC Milan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jardel Head couldn't finish the play. Gilles Eekhout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Njurenius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Eric Soned played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Head in the 86th minute of play. Eric Soned took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furkan Vargın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, AC Milan's Furkan Vargın nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eric Soned made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 93rd minute, Valerios Papagiannakos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Soned was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1.
