Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Ugutz in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Arthur Shelby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Randers A.F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 40th minute Rene Rostholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicky Donda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Ugutz made a kick off. With a little luck, Nouvelle Vague's Vicky Donda got control of the ball when Rene Rostholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Genovese to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Rostholm came free, but Vicky Donda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Shelby came free, but Vicky Donda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
