In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Constantin Potocianu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Facundo Gay kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Usain Bolt in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lu Zhen Sheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kent Saka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Usain Bolt to make the kick off. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mapovihesa FC's Constantin Potocianu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Mapovihesa FC from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Facundo Gay in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Rômulo Custódio. In the 62ndth minute of the game Koča Kafarov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mapovihesa FC's Constantin Potocianu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Ştefan Grigore was substituted for Koča Kafarov. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mapovihesa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luiz Fabiano Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time DREAM TEAM WORLD's players had a chance to rest. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Paulo Jon replaced Elpidio Curcio. Ştefan Grigore who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Constantin Potocianu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jerzy Wojno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lu Zhen Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Wojno in the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to Mapovihesa FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Facundo Gay hit a great ball. If Ştefan Grigore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Potocianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Grigore in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Ştefan Grigore sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Constantin Potocianu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mapovihesa FC's Constantin Potocianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Grigore in the 90th minute of play. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Erramu in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Ştefan Grigore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantin Potocianu. Mapovihesa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ştefan Grigore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.
