The audience was convinced that Erik Ek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luca Jivulescu was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Rikard Björkdahl got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inko Colillas in the 35th minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Luca Jivulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baal Ares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Algot Myr made a huge save. If Inko Colillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ares FC -MM-'s zone, Inko Colillas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luca Jivulescu came out of the goal and Inko Colillas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Hong Unge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baal Ares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baal Ares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Algot Myr made a huge save. Luca Jivulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inko Colillas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 49th minute of the match Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a corner. Ares FC -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ēriks Berg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ēriks Berg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ares FC -MM-'s Luca Jivulescu did a great save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Baal Ares made the kick off in the second half. Algot Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baal Ares in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Ares FC -MM- booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hong Unge didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 played minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Yin Peng Yuan. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Ricardo Chepe was substituted for Kent Kilberg. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Yin Peng Yuan hit a great ball. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Algot Myr tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Folkert Walregt came free, but Algot Myr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ares FC -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Aleksander Gustafsson scored to the left of an out of position Luca Jivulescu, making the score, 1-2. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Ares FC -MM-'s Karadeniz Otay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Algot Myr narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 83 minutes of play, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Aleksander Gustafsson made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luca Jivulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there!
