Baal Ares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiliz Mauleon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Moscovi Ψ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 13th minute Vladimiro Raulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Jivulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Jivulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Bamford in the 14th minute of play. Ares FC -MM-'s Luca Jivulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Bamford in the 16th minute of play. Luca Jivulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Eudoxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Vladimiro Raulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Jivulescu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baal Ares in the 22nd minute of play forced Moscovi Ψ's goalkeeper Kiliz Mauleon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Jivulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Raulo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luca Jivulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Eudoxio in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Moscovi Ψ's Kiliz Mauleon got control of the ball when Baal Ares tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Phoenix Negru threw the ball into play from the sideline. Moscovi Ψ were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Ares FC -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabrizio Angileri took the corner. In the 44th minute of the game Romulo Brion made a throw-in which Guillermo Marz played forward. Luca Jivulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Bamford, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The attack was good, but when Patricio Bamford in the 47th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Moscovi Ψ made a substitution. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fabrizio Angileri ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the Moscovi Ψ defense, Baal Ares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kiliz Mauleon. The Moscovi Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kiliz Mauleon should have stopped the shot. The Moscovi Ψ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Moscovi Ψ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
