In the 3rdth minute of the game López Heredia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 7 played minutes Teodelina FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Redondo. If Tivadar Demeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, López Heredia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teodelina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but López Heredia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnold Szuper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franko Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tivadar Demeter in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Franko Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tivadar Demeter. Arnold Szuper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from López Heredia, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when López Heredia came free, but Arnold Szuper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, López Heredia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when López Heredia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tivadar Demeter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franko Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tivadar Demeter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Teodelina FC defense, Tivadar Demeter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franko Armani. A sloppy throw-in by Hilario Galo in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Szombathely Squirrels's József Varga.
