Spectators: 8487 (Terracing: 6367, Seating: 1951, VIP seats: 169) AS Pikachuzim's Ronaldinho Fenomeno started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amanda Almqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Oliverio Kahn made a huge save. After 7 minutes AS Pikachuzim's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bai Jun Chong who took care of the corner kick. Szombathely Squirrels's Bai Jun Chong was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oliverio Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 10thth minute of the game Tivadar Demeter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tivadar Demeter scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliverio Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 16 minutes of play, AS Pikachuzim's Ronaldinho Fenomeno made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnold Szuper was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Furtado to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Tivadar Demeter came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliverio Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tivadar Demeter, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 27 minutes of play, Szombathely Squirrels's Tivadar Demeter made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliverio Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Max Möllgren made in the 36th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ronaldinho Fenomeno. After 39 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Furtado. Arnold Szuper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tivadar Demeter was the one to do the kick off. Oliverio Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tivadar Demeter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 56th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldinho Fenomeno. Szombathely Squirrels's Tivadar Demeter got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Szombathely Squirrels made a substitution. Lei Jian Xiong replaced Tivadar Demeter. AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Lauro Cearense replaced Santos Rallo. After 81 minutes of play, Szombathely Squirrels's Lei Jian Xiong made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliverio Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arif Oğuz Semdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Arnold Szuper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lei Jian Xiong scored 4-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliverio Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Oğuz Semdin in the 92nd minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnold Szuper was a little too slow when Luciano Sarmento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 4-2. Szombathely Squirrels were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AS Pikachuzim for a fine match.
