The audience was convinced that D.J. 赵云's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Carlos Eufrasio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lemi Uğurlubey having to make a save. 45 minutes into the match, D.J. 赵云 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Ozan Oğuztan. Arrecifes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that D.J. 赵云 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Cirilo Ritchie made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Arrecifes's Carlos Eufrasio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erhan Ascı in the 75th minute of play. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhan Ascı in the 77th minute of the match.
