Martin Grøtterud was slow to take the kick. During this time Unidad de Matanza's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Freddy Quintyn heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 8th minute, Gothic Souls's Erenay Uçuk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonatan Eguzki. Jonatan Eguzki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levent Itzov in the 13th minute of play. Jonatan Eguzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by D.J. 赵云 in the 14th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Ascı came free, but Jonatan Eguzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Stehno in the 27th minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Lemi Uğurlubey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Kirchner came free, but Lemi Uğurlubey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Stehno in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lemi Uğurlubey saved Gothic Souls from getting behind. 53 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Grøtterud came free, but Lemi Uğurlubey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lemi Uğurlubey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Grøtterud in the 54th minute. Jonatan Eguzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erhan Ascı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erhan Ascı in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Eguzki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute Erhan Ascı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Eguzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Eguzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhan Ascı in the 82nd minute of the match. Jonatan Eguzki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erhan Ascı in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Nestor Bâru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Lemi Uğurlubey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nestor Bâru.
