The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Quintal got free with Holger Mattsson in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute Benjamin da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Mattsson having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Benjamin da Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Holger Mattsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st match minute, Pesqueira City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Hansson to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Hummerfiskarna's Mădălin Lunca threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnaldo Queirós, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Holger Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Quintal in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Pesqueira City getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Sakarias Fernkvist hit a great ball. Pesqueira City made a substitution. Jeremias Orland replaced Fabian Hansson. Hummerfiskarna's Bolli Bolla was substituted for Conrado Olayo. In the 70th match minute, Pesqueira City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Fernkvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 76thth minute of the game Arnaldo Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pesqueira City's Mădălin Lunca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pesqueira City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin da Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hummerfiskarna's Arnaldo Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pesqueira City had played much better football throughout.
