Spectators: 10856 (Terracing: 8144, Seating: 2496, VIP seats: 216) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oliver Bierhoff kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno. Jeremias Moreno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PREZULO FC's Jarbas Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 13th minute of play. After 14 minutes PREZULO FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Áron Bódog who took care of the corner kick. Jarbas Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oliver Bierhoff went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jeremias Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver Bierhoff got free with Jarbas Quadros in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 35th minute of play. Jarbas Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in PREZULO FC's zone, Oliver Bierhoff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarbas Quadros came out of the goal and Oliver Bierhoff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino was substituted for Oliver Bierhoff. Herberto Ribas hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 54th match minute, PREZULO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Guib to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Jarbas Quadros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Denílson Tepedino made a precise shot to the right of Jarbas Quadros. PREZULO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 61st minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno. Jeremias Moreno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarbas Quadros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Nestor Soeiro replaced Radowit Dziuma. Isaac Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Moreno having to interfere. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão de Brito in the 85th minute of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Denílson Tepedino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PREZULO FC's Jarbas Quadros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Nestor Soeiro made a precise shot to the right of Jarbas Quadros. PREZULO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Denílson Tepedino took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarbas Quadros. Jarbas Quadros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. With a little luck, ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno got control of the ball when He Xiao tried to sneak it across the goal line. PREZULO FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
