Spectators: 10789 (Terracing: 8093, Seating: 2481, VIP seats: 215) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gregorio Montez started the match with the kick off. Cássio Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Kieca having to interfere. In the 7th minute Iustin Bâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Kieca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Kieca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Bâru in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Russówek's Kennet Hedlund got a free kick in the 17th minute. Daniel Kieca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Bâru, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Go Ahead Eagles got a corner. Russówek's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cássio Gonçalves ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Russówek's goalie prevented a goal. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Manga Mangkudikusumah with Grigore Mălaimare as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Salvador Quezada kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Scarafia Ghost came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Russówek's Gregorio Montez. But to his dismay, Gregorio Montez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Go Ahead Eagles's Fernando Amorebieta was substituted for Manga Mangkudikusumah. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iustin Bâru to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Kieca made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Fernando Amorebieta sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Amorebieta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Daniel Kieca made a huge save. In the 69thth minute of the game Gregorio Montez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Russówek made a substitution. Jakub Gdowski replaced Gregorio Montez. A nice corner shot did that Edward Traczewski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Scarafia Ghost quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Scarafia Ghost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Gdowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scarafia Ghost stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jakub Gdowski's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Gdowski came free, but Scarafia Ghost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Kieca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Amorebieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Russówek's Daniel Kieca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Gonçalves in the 88th minute of play. Russówek made a substitution. Ryszard Skonieczny replaced Salvador Quezada. In the 91st match minute, Russówek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Nalaskowski to maneuver through the defense. Russówek's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Fernando Amorebieta scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Kieca, making the score, 1-1. Mateusz Zabrzeski kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
