The audience thought a goal was coming when Timos Kazantzou got free with Kenneth Vestberg in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kenneth Vestberg made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Timos Kazantzou sent off a good shot on target. Timos Kazantzou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Kenneth Vestberg made a huge save. Philip Lindkvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes BK Badboll's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cezary Chrzan who took care of the corner kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fredrik Hake during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fredrik Hake hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save BK Badboll from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by BK Badboll's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cezary Chrzan was slow to take the kick. During this time SMOCZANKA MIELEC's players had a chance to rest. Maksymilian Oliszewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Johan Törnqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Timos Kazantzou put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kenneth Vestberg. Timos Kazantzou in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Timos Kazantzou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Vestberg having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Timos Kazantzou made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SMOCZANKA MIELEC booed when BK Badboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Lindkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The BK Badboll fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth Vestberg should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the game, SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Oscar Giraldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Vestberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Fredrik Hake got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to BK Badboll getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Fredrik Hake hit a great ball. Kenneth Vestberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Giraldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Giraldo in the 83rd minute of play forced BK Badboll's goalkeeper Kenneth Vestberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes, Oscar Giraldo made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dalmo Munhoz made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Andrzej Brataniec. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Chrzan in the 90th minute of play. SMOCZANKA MIELEC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
