Efren Dobale hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihail Pânzaru in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Jurgi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22ndth minute of the game Mihail Pânzaru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarandi Futbol Club's Lorenzo Jurgi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mihail Pânzaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lorenzo Jurgi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mihail Pânzaru ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute, Mihail Pânzaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Jurgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Simon Gaizko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Loren Prats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herminio Laurendi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Jurgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihail Pânzaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stephan Rille made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aquiles Rio immediately put the ball in play. 40 minutes into the game, Aquiles Rio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Loren Prats. Aquiles Rio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Loren Prats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Rio in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Sarandi Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Pânzaru came free, but Lorenzo Jurgi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mihail Pânzaru was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sarandi Futbol Club's goalkeeper Lorenzo Jurgi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihail Pânzaru. Mihail Pânzaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorenzo Jurgi having to make a save. In the 57th minute Aquiles Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loren Prats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Sarandi Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan Rille to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Stephan Rille hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Sarandi Futbol Club booed when Pegaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Havier got free with Lorenzo Jurgi in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Havier took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Jurgi. Lorenzo Jurgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience was convinced that Joaquin Havier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lorenzo Jurgi was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. A collision led to Sarandi Futbol Club getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Charalambos Nalitzis hit a great ball.
