Sebastian Käller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Savas Ignatiou having to make a save. Savas Ignatiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 8th minute of play. Savas Ignatiou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Käller in the 10th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's Joel Gaxan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Savas Ignatiou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Theodosis Chronis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilhelm Galle. Theodosis Chronis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Αστέρας Δερβενίου's zone, Anastasios Pallini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Savas Ignatiou came out of the goal and Anastasios Pallini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Anastasios Pallini notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Savas Ignatiou. Savas Ignatiou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Sebastian Käller made a precise shot to the right of Savas Ignatiou. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 35th minute, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Ntinos Kapotas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilhelm Galle. Wilhelm Galle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. A collision led to Αστέρας Δερβενίου getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Chatziantoniou Skouras hit a great ball. The Kind of Blue fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Kind of Blue were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Käller to make the kick off. The throw-in from Paulinho Marquez in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kind of Blue's Zhuo Ke Le. In the 61stth minute of the game Sebastian Käller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Savas Ignatiou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Östen Högman replaced Zhuo Ke Le. Kind of Blue's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joacim Hansson in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's goal looked a bit too open when Theodosis Chronis came free, but Wilhelm Galle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Αστέρας Δερβενίου fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! In the 67th minute, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Savas Ignatiou. Savas Ignatiou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ntinos Kapotas in the 70th minute of play forced Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Wilhelm Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulinho Marquez made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kind of Blue's Epifanio Aznar. Savas Ignatiou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Epifanio Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Theodosis Chronis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Ntinos Kapotas in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 96th minute Theodosis Chronis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
