Mick Mortimer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Benedykt Kiszkiel made a huge save. Tyler Woodcock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Skaradoski in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Hugon Pochorylo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC LIVERPOOL's Tyler Woodcock. Tyler Woodcock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute, Jan Domalik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Hugon Pochorylo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tyler Woodcock. FC LIVERPOOL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugon Pochorylo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Benedykt Kiszkiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kev Basham in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to FC LIVERPOOL getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Geoff Colley hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the game, Kev Basham recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benedykt Kiszkiel. Kev Basham showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 35 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Pieprz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Tyler Woodcock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute, Krzysztof Pieprz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tyler Woodcock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Pochorylo in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lance Sedgemore to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Hugon Pochorylo notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of FC LIVERPOOL's Tyler Woodcock. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Wiktor Wieloch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Czeslaw Skaradoski got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MZ Wodzisław Śląski walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
