In the 29th minute, Patxi Claude made a precise shot to the right of Olger Azofeifa. CD SHETTANI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Radomil Bucyki was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Mainor Calderon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mainor Calderon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Cristian Insaurralde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomil Bucyki was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Hong Zheng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hong Zheng really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Insaurralde to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Clodomiro Morera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomil Bucyki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zorros del Desierto's Patxi Claude got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Zorros del Desierto's Patxi Claude got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Hong Zheng came free, but Radomil Bucyki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zorros del Desierto's Radomil Bucyki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodomiro Morera in the 64th minute of play. CD SHETTANI's Yoba Ilo was substituted for Nestor Villegas. Clodomiro Morera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CD SHETTANI's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
