Raleagh AFC were furious when Taveon Caffey was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Bantry Prunty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torey Frankson in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Thurl Costello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bantry Prunty. Bantry Prunty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donan Lester in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Raleagh AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Torey Frankson came free, but Bantry Prunty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Kilmacar were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Eoghan Lavine made the kick off in the second half. If Torey Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The Raleagh AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bantry Prunty should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute Raleagh AFC were awarded a corner. Bel Taylor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Raleagh AFC's Bel Taylor to fire away a dangerous shot which Tierney Kirby despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 64th minute Donan Lester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bantry Prunty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bantry Prunty was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thurl Costello showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 65 minute of play. Cacey McLaughlin kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. With a little luck, Raleagh AFC's Bantry Prunty got control of the ball when Torey Frankson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Kilmacar booed when Raleagh AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philib Delaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Kilmacar's Aaron Glen Crowe tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the game, Donan Lester recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bantry Prunty. Donan Lester showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. Raonall Lester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Raleagh AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Philib Delaney hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torey Frankson got free with Bantry Prunty in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute Donan Lester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bantry Prunty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Duff Bayes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Bantry Prunty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bantry Prunty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donan Lester, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the match was over Kilmacar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Raleagh AFC throughout the match.
