After 4 played minutes Azulgranas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Berenguer. Emiliano Giusto took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Henric. Leo Henric dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Anfilogino Furia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Henric read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Macedo to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Radomir Naskrent in the 16th minute really tested Fabiano Violento's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Manuel Cruz in the 17th minute of play forced Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalkeeper Fabiano Violento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Violento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Manuel Cruz in the 21st minute of play. Juan Manuel Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Giusto in the 26th minute of play forced Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Leo Henric to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Old BaoBaB Accademy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Robert Pirès in the 27th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Azulgranas AFC's goalie and right to Cesare Marcolongo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Azulgranas AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Emiliano Giusto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Henric having to make a save. 43 minutes into the match, Azulgranas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Giusto came free, but Leo Henric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Inko kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. A collision led to Azulgranas AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Sebastián Méndez hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Manuel Cruz was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Manuel Cruz came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anfilogino Furia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Emiliano Giusto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Giusto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Henric breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Leo Henric had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Giusto. Leo Henric made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Giusto in the 68th minute of play. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Emilio Buffone was substituted for Emiliano Giusto. In the 71st minute of the match Old BaoBaB Accademy got a corner. Azulgranas AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Pirès ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Robert Pirès got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leo Henric quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leo Henric showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Furia in the 76th minute of the match. If Emilio Buffone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric got control of the ball when Emilio Buffone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Buffone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Henric read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Emilio Buffone got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Old BaoBaB Accademy made a substitution. Prince Queen replaced Robert Pirès. 90 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Emilio Buffone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Henric narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Leo Henric, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes in the game Sebastián Méndez did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mateo Transito. Emilio Buffone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric got control of the ball when Emilio Buffone tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Old BaoBaB Accademy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
