Hampus Vall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrián Espadas in the 29th minute. A collision led to BK Tåfjutt getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fernando Jax hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Hampus Vall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hampus Vall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Karol Magdziarz took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Wennerqvist. Dan Wennerqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörn Barck during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Soroca F.C.'s Rodolfo Atarrabi was substituted for Gustavo Tartalo. After 48 played minutes BK Tåfjutt got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Barck. After the first half BK Tåfjutt were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 49th minute Rodolfo Atarrabi saw that he had a good position to shoot and he shot a long ball on target, but the ball went just outside the left post. BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang was substituted for Karol Magdziarz. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The BK Tåfjutt fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when BK Tåfjutt's Viktor Dahlman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
