Aurelio Di Lullo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicollao Narbona went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Franco Bosch put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. Franco Bosch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Attilio Fortunato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ermengol Baena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Franco Bosch fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aurelio Di Lullo, passed just outside the right post. Franco Bosch showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Attilio Fortunato made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franco Bosch in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Di Lullo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franco Bosch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 61st minute Franco Bosch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Di Lullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Alessandro Torri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdieri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► the free kick. Alessandro Torri hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Aurelio Di Lullo came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s Franco Bosch. But to his dismay, Franco Bosch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. If Nicollao Narbona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Franco Bosch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Franco Bosch notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Valdieri's Aurelio Di Lullo. Aurelio Di Lullo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 77 minutes, Nicollao Narbona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicollao Narbona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79thth minute of the game Franco Bosch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valdieri's Aurelio Di Lullo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Franco Bosch struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Aurelio Di Lullo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►. Nicollao Narbona scored 9-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelio Di Lullo came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s Nicollao Narbona. But to his dismay, Nicollao Narbona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Aurelio Di Lullo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Bosch in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► booed when Valdieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Porcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► were the better team. ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
