Dario Ramis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 18th minute, Ernesto Fernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guarapari do Esp. Santo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 25th minute, Ernesto Fernandez made a precise shot to the right of Dario Ramis. Beal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 29th minute Ernesto Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Ramis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Beal got a freekick which was hit by Xose Espinosa. Emílio de Amorim made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Benedicto Menendez sent off a good shot on target. Dario Ramis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ebardo Vega in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emílio de Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Beal were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Guarapari do Esp. Santo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ginés Leseduarte took the corner. In the 56th minute Henry Muelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Beal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Menendez to maneuver through the defense. Benedicto Menendez's late challenge caught a Guarapari do Esp. Santo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedicto Menendez helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes Beal got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Menendez. Beal's Dario Ramis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Fernandez in the 61st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernesto Fernandez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dario Ramis. That made the score 0-7 in the 66 minute of play. After 69 played minutes Beal got a freekick which was hit by Henry Muelas. In the 70th minute, Benedicto Menendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Ramis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emílio de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ebardo Vega, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Dario Ramis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Fernandez in the 78th minute. Santo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emílio de Amorim should have stopped the shot. Benedicto Menendez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emílio de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ebardo Vega in the 90th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Ebardo Vega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guarapari do Esp. Santo's Emílio de Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beal's Benedicto Menendez got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Benedicto Menendez off the ground. In the 92nd minute, Benedicto Menendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Beal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guarapari do Esp. Santo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
