Mårten Arenstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Coelho having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Charly Alberti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charly Alberti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 were awarded a corner. Cai Jun Yu went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Velichko Dúrov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Theron Dooley came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Cai Jun Yu. But to his dismay, Cai Jun Yu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Charly Alberti managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's supporters rose to their feet, but Charly Alberti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theron Dooley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charly Alberti got free with Theron Dooley in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Charly Alberti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theron Dooley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 33 minutes NDG Fury FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cai Jun Yu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Cai Jun Yu to a score. 3-0 in the 34th minute. Charly Alberti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of NDG Fury FC booed when KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dallas Dalglish didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's James Butler was substituted for Edward Dombrowski. The supporters of NDG Fury FC booed when KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dallas Dalglish didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ómar Sharif to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 got a freekick which was hit by Cai Jun Yu. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Charly Alberti sped through NDG Fury FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Theron Dooley. Theron Dooley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charly Alberti went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charly Alberti in the 59th minute of play forced NDG Fury FC's goalkeeper Theron Dooley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cai Jun Yu in the 60th minute. The corner led KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Cai Jun Yu to fire away a dangerous shot which Theron Dooley despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in NDG Fury FC's zone, Charly Alberti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theron Dooley came out of the goal and Charly Alberti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. NDG Fury FC made a substitution. Benjamin Davies replaced Chauncey Veilleux. Theron Dooley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Alberti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Charly Alberti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theron Dooley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Mårten Arenstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ómar Sharif might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Coelho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ómar Sharif ran back to his position shaking his head. Theron Dooley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charly Alberti, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the NDG Fury FC defense, Charly Alberti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theron Dooley. The NDG Fury FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theron Dooley should have stopped the shot.

For all the effort they put into the match, the NDG Fury FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946.
