The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurel Crivoi should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK booed when FC GIDLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Jastrowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC GIDLE's goalkeeper Artur Sarnat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aurel Crivoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Krzynowek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Jan Watarz with Zdzislaw Krzynowek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Aurel Crivoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute of the match, Ahmet Baki Lebib tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aurel Crivoi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

Aurel Crivoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Belzner in the 69th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, FC GIDLE's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Hugo came free, but Artur Sarnat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. FC GIDLE's Tomasz Skikiewicz started the play with his kick off. Hector Hugo took the ball and in the 102 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Sarnat. Artur Sarnat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
