Filomeno Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Eneko, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Adolfo Sasoin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albano Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Quintyn got free with Filomeno Pello in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Berbiz during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kalessin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! Gaspar Galo took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filomeno Pello. Filomeno Pello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Filomeno Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Quintyn in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Genaro Valery shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, DESTROY's Haroldo Eneko made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filomeno Pello was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the match, Andres Feliz notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of DESTROY's Vicente Enaut. Vicente Enaut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vicente Enaut didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genaro Valery went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Bernardino Berto's late challenge caught a DESTROY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardino Berto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Albano Quintyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filomeno Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Quintyn in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Adolfo Sasoin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kalessin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DESTROY the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Albano Quintyn kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filomeno Pello. That made the score 4-2 in the 46 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haroldo Eneko was the one to do the kick off. Filomeno Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Quintyn in the 61st minute of the match. Vicente Enaut made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Genaro Valery sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, DESTROY's goalkeeper Vicente Enaut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Valery. After 73 minutes, Albano Quintyn made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Kalessin's Filomeno Pello tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. DESTROY made a substitution. Di Maria replaced Esteban Lawrence. DESTROY's Luisito Ibar was substituted for Haroldo Eneko. DESTROY's Rogelio Munio was substituted for Albano Quintyn. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Di Maria during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 81 played minutes DESTROY got a freekick which was hit by Di Maria. 82 minutes into the match, DESTROY's goalkeeper Vicente Enaut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Valery. Andres Feliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Enaut having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Munio in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filomeno Pello saved Kalessin from getting behind. Filomeno Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Munio in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to Kalessin getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Eusebio Moise hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Quinto in the 93rd minute of play forced Kalessin's goalkeeper Filomeno Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rogelio Munio came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the DESTROY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Munio couldn't finish the play.

When the referee blew the final whistle, DESTROY could leave the field as winners, despite Kalessin having more of the ball for most of the match.
