Jan-Frederik Bubanja started the match with the kick off. Herta Budino's Fortunato Sangermano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 4th minute of play. Fortunato Sangermano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Lano in the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kleanthis Zoumakis made a great header on Herta Budino's corner, it was just that Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist managed to reach the ball for a save. If Davide Rinaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 12 in the game by Kleanthis Zoumakis from a close distance when the talented Dan Wennerqvist managed to make a qualified save. Soroca F.C.'s players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Rinaldi in the 13th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Tartalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Herta Budino got a freekick which was hit by Adam Baldy. Kleanthis Zoumakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Wennerqvist having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kleanthis Zoumakis in the 28th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Adrián Espadas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fortunato Sangermano. Herta Budino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrián Espadas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 34 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Frederik Bubanja came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist got control of the ball when Jan-Frederik Bubanja tried to sneak it across the goal line. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Rinaldi in the 42nd minute of play. Adrián Espadas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Soroca F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula was substituted for Adrián Espadas. 60 minutes into the game, Nino Galfrè threw the ball into play from the sideline. Soroca F.C.'s Zézinho Neiva quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 61st minute Răzvan Necula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Sangermano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Răzvan Necula scored 0-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fortunato Sangermano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herta Budino made a substitution. Virgílio Furtado replaced Adam Baldy. Herta Budino's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Răzvan Necula 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Frederik Bubanja in the 86th minute of the match. Dan Wennerqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kleanthis Zoumakis in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Frederik Bubanja in the 91st minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fortunato Sangermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 95 minutes, Răzvan Necula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soroca F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Răzvan Necula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Herta Budino supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Soroca F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Soroca F.C..
