In the 4th minute of the match, Vinícius Junior tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Yiğitcan İstanbullu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Tavares in the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Pedro Grandis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jurassic Monsters SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Grandis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Péter Pálffy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eliézer Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vinícius Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Hasselqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Yiğitcan İstanbullu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neycho Mudrov in the 20th minute. Yiğitcan İstanbullu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doriva Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Yiğitcan İstanbullu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Malcolm Blue made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Jurassic Monsters SA's Kauan Cunha. In the 30th minute Luiz Fabiano Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Pálffy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes Jurassic Monsters SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zhang Chen who took care of the corner kick. Yiğitcan İstanbullu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Tavares in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute Doriva Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Yiğitcan İstanbullu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Doriva Tavares in the 45thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Neycho Mudrov was the one to do the kick off. Péter Pálffy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliézer Ramos in the 50th minute. With a little luck, Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy got control of the ball when Luiz Fabiano Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Grandis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Péter Pálffy. That made the score 0-1 in the 54 minute of play. Yiğitcan İstanbullu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Tavares in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Neycho Mudrov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capivara FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Yiğitcan İstanbullu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neycho Mudrov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jurassic Monsters SA's Célio Saldanha was substituted for Kauan Cunha. Capivara FC made a substitution. João Francisco Mota replaced Zhang Chen. In the 74th minute, João Francisco Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Tavares came free, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Péter Pálffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Grandis, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Jurassic Monsters SA's Magno do Valle was substituted for Thomas Hasselqvist. In the 82nd minute, Doriva Tavares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yiğitcan İstanbullu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno do Valle in the 85th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Francisco Mota in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yiğitcan İstanbullu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Tavares came free, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Capivara FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jurassic Monsters SA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
