When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Anacleto Soin sped through MILAN COLOMBIANO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jeronimo Cresconio. In the 37th minute Gaston Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Cresconio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bona Dios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebiu Zâncă in the 39th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time.
