Osvaldo Leobardo came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sportivo Italiano's Evelio Pes. But to his dismay, Evelio Pes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clodoveo Neto made a kick off. Theo Hayles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Osvaldo Leobardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Stephen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wei De Ling in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wei De Ling in the 62nd minute of play forced Club Sportivo Italiano's goalkeeper Reynaldo Stephen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Stephen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei De Ling in the 81st minute of play. Osvaldo Leobardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Pes in the 83rd minute. Ezequiel Ilazki lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 88th minute, one of AC Rangers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC Rangers. When the match had been going on for 90 minutes, Club Sportivo Italiano's Luisito Bikendi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Osvaldo Leobardo. AC Rangers's Osvaldo Leobardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theo Hayles in the 93rd minute of play. Despite being the better team, Club Sportivo Italiano failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
