In the 3rd minute Godofredo Basajaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Neto in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Rigoberto Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Leobardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Wei De Ling made a precise shot to the right of Martin Rito. C. A. BELGRANO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 17 minutes, Jaime Alfonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. BELGRANO and the AC Rangers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AC Rangers booed when C. A. BELGRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei De Ling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Wei De Ling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Rito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Neto in the 26th minute of play forced C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Martin Rito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wei De Ling in the 28th minute of the match. Martin Rito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei De Ling in the 29th minute of play. After 29th play minutes Wei De Ling shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Martin Rito and just under the crossbar into goal. After 35 minutes of play, AC Rangers's Clodoveo Neto made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Rito was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, Gustavo Eladio notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of AC Rangers's Osvaldo Leobardo. Osvaldo Leobardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute Gustavo Eladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Leobardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Leobardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo Eladio was the one to do the kick off. The C. A. BELGRANO fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when C. A. BELGRANO's Gustavo Eladio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the C. A. BELGRANO defense, Wei De Ling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Rito. The C. A. BELGRANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Rito should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute Clodoveo Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C. A. BELGRANO's Aureliano Ovando was substituted for Gustavo Eladio. C. A. BELGRANO's Nunez Noe was substituted for Silvio Valerio. In the 65th minute, Gabriel Cortez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wei De Ling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Martin Rito made a huge save. C. A. BELGRANO's Aureliano Ovando managed to work through AC Rangers's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Aureliano Ovando dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Edelmiro Jago struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Osvaldo Leobardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. BELGRANO. Aureliano Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Leobardo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aureliano Ovando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Leobardo was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Crispin Grassow's late challenge caught a C. A. BELGRANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Crispin Grassow helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, AC Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Crispin Grassow to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Ovando in the 85th minute of play forced AC Rangers's goalkeeper Osvaldo Leobardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvaldo Leobardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Ovando's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Galindo in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Leobardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, C. A. BELGRANO's Martin Rito got control of the ball when Wei De Ling tried to sneak it across the goal line. The AC Rangers players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
