After the first half Argentinean Patriots 1816 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Pekka Rollins received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evaristo Velasco came out and tried to block the shot, but Pekka Rollins slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 59th minute. Isidoro Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Bello Cura might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaristo Velasco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bello Cura ran back to his position shaking his head. Argentinean Patriots 1816 played a much better game than Cachiyuyo EAS and deserved their victory. The Cachiyuyo EAS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
