Fabricio Rencio might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabricio Rencio ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Rencio in the 4th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco got control of the ball when Martin Jax tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Cachiyuyo EAS booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Martin Jax could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Evaristo Velasco made a huge save. A collision led to GERLIROJO Ψ getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Joaquin Lopez hit a great ball. Cachiyuyo EAS's Niceto Oriche managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joaquin Lopez in the 19 minute of the game. Andres Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Genaro Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martin Jax blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evaristo Velasco having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Jax got free with Evaristo Velasco in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39th play minutes Fabricio Rencio shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Andres Lastur and just under the crossbar into goal. Evaristo Velasco came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax. But to his dismay, Martin Jax quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabricio Rencio to strike the kick off in the second half. Andres Lastur made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Edgard Polentzi sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the game, Fabricio Rencio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Andres Lastur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Epifanio Ibañez replaced Martin Jax. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Aquilino Ihintza replaced Genaro Tauro. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Eleuterio Benvido replaced Arnout Van den Wyngaert. Cachiyuyo EAS made a substitution. Dito Sena replaced Fabricio Rencio. After 78 minutes Cachiyuyo EAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eleuterio Benvido who took care of the corner kick. Eleuterio Benvido made a great header on GERLIROJO Ψ's corner, it was just that Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 81st match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Xabel to maneuver through the defense. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Ibañez in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Vilanova came free, but Evaristo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Epifanio Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Evaristo Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GERLIROJO Ψ had played much better football throughout.
