BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Medina came free, but Martin Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Rigoberto Lauaxeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Gustavo Eladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Rito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnoldo Medina's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Arnoldo Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorino Francis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, C. A. BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Medina came free, but Martin Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes in the game, Arnoldo Medina fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Martin Rito having to interfere. With a little luck, C. A. BELGRANO's Martin Rito got control of the ball when Santiago Mino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Lauaxeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gabriel Cortez hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Eladio to strike the kick off in the second half. When Palermo's Santiago Mino in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Martin Rito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Chaime in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Rito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Palermo's Patryk Wiater was substituted for Marcelino Chaime. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sixto Kaiet hit a great ball. After 86 played minutes C. A. BELGRANO got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Cortez. Saul Felo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Martin Rito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palermo. Martin Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jhonny Del Fierro in the 89th minute of the match.
