Anibal Cilio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Seyhan Atlıhan made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, Domingo Urki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Resto. Atlas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingo Urki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Tobias Ruy in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Formentera's Justino Hondo. Hector Aurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Seyhan Atlıhan made a huge save. Seyhan Atlıhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Aurre in the 19th minute. Hector Aurre took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Seyhan Atlıhan. Seyhan Atlıhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Domingo Urki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formentera's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingo Urki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Resto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Domingo Urki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Resto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Angelo Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Urki, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Atlas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Urki came free, but Angelo Resto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Formentera's goalkeeper Seyhan Atlıhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Aurre. Angelo Resto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Domingo Urki went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Maximiliano Richie kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The wind increased when Domingo Urki made the kick off in the second half. Angelo Resto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Urki in the 51st minute of the match. Domingo Urki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Angelo Resto managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Formentera's Domingo Urki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 63rd minute, Domingo Urki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Resto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Hector Aurre hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 68 played minutes Formentera got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Libertad. 73 minutes into the match, Atlas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Bartuelo came free, but Angelo Resto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Formentera's attentive Justino Hondo managed to snatch the ball when Tobias Ruy made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. 75 minutes into the match, Atlas FC's goalkeeper Angelo Resto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Fernández. With a little luck, Atlas FC's Angelo Resto got control of the ball when Domingo Urki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Anaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Seyhan Atlıhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atlas FC's Angelo Resto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Urki in the 89th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Formentera walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
