In the 11thth minute of the game Kiki Wiranata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Tåfjutt's Kurt Pilblad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 12 played minutes BK Tåfjutt got a freekick which was hit by Brown Eye. The crowd rose to their feet as JEMBer UTara's Fikri Zumarnis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kurt Pilblad. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Svensson in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarsan Suartama prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tarsan Suartama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Grep in the 17th minute of play. Tarsan Suartama made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kiki Wiranata to strike the kick off in the second half. When Brown Eye came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the BK Tåfjutt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brown Eye couldn't finish the play. BK Tåfjutt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Kurt Pilblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kahar Simamora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
