The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xabel Dobale was the one to do the kick off. Flor Buendia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Baldovino in the 70th minute of the match. Flor Buendia made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Atilano Nuñez sent off a good shot on target. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Lamalapri FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lamalapri FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
