After a rather tough play, Sobrecastell UD's Ture Gustafsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. César Suarez made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Henk Veerman sent off a good shot on target. Sobrecastell UD's César Suarez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Sobrecastell UD from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Tomás Beltran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Çakır Alyakut was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Çakır Alyakut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Beltran in the 39th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Sobrecastell UD's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Johansson came free, but César Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Martin Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Çakır Alyakut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cortez Morera, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Johansson in the 76th minute of play forced Sobrecastell UD's goalkeeper César Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Suarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Johansson in the 77th minute of play.
