The audience thought a goal was coming when Roger Bannister got free with Su Peroalfonso in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Los Chamos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ximun Zaldos came free, but Su Peroalfonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, U21 Venezuela's Roger Bannister made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Su Peroalfonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abel Nadal's late challenge caught a U21 Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Nadal helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Los Chamos FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Nadal. Su Peroalfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bizen Eguia in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match, Roger Bannister got a very nice opportunity to score, but Su Peroalfonso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Bizen Eguia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Su Peroalfonso. That made the score 3-0 in the 32 minute of play. Los Chamos FC's Su Peroalfonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Los Chamos FC from getting a goal against them. Su Peroalfonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bizen Eguia was the one to do the kick off. Su Peroalfonso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. U21 Venezuela's Timothy Flyte was substituted for Cristian Avina. Los Chamos FC's Su Peroalfonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurde Buiza in the 64th minute of play. Bertol Pacheco hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Los Chamos FC's Abel Nadal got a free kick in the 66th minute.
