Lupus United were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after RED SHARK FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arief Anhar took the corner. A collision led to RED SHARK FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Kader Back hit a great ball. Zulkifli Sujana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trisna Durahman, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Zulkifli Sujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darso Amiruddin in the 15th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Sahala Maranatha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zulkifli Sujana. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lupus United's goalkeeper Zulkifli Sujana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, RED SHARK FC's Darso Amiruddin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zulkifli Sujana. Zulkifli Sujana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Lupus United's Zulkifli Sujana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Lupus United from getting a goal against them. Zulkifli Sujana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sahala Maranatha in the 37th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Imran Baihaqi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RED SHARK FC's Theo Tauhid was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to RED SHARK FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kader Back hit a great ball. Zulkifli Sujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trisna Durahman in the 42nd minute of the match. Theo Tauhid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arief Anhar in the 45th minute of play. Emmanuel Argadinata's late challenge caught a RED SHARK FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emmanuel Argadinata helped the player get up and apologised. Emmanuel Argadinata hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The supporters of Lupus United booed when RED SHARK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diding Mudaffar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arief Anhar to make the kick off. Darso Amiruddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zulkifli Sujana having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Sokratis Valkanis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zulkifli Sujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sahala Maranatha in the 65th minute of the match. Trisna Durahman took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zulkifli Sujana.
